1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and a second email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

If we experience high order volume, processing times may be extended slightly. We will notify you if there is a significant delay.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship within the United States.

Standard Shipping

  • Delivery time: 3–7 business days

  • Cost: Calculated at checkout or Free on qualifying orders (if applicable)

Expedited Shipping (if offered)

  • Delivery time: 2–3 business days

  • Additional charges apply at checkout

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Carriers

We ship orders using reputable carriers such as:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • Other regional carriers

Carrier selection depends on your location and package size.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.


5. Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Incomplete address

  • Failure to claim delivery

The customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.


6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  1. Contact us within 5 days of delivery

  2. Provide photos (if damaged)

  3. Include your order number

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


7. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only within the United States.

We do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes (if applicable — remove if you allow them)

  • APO/FPO addresses (optional — adjust as needed)


8. Delays Beyond Our Control

Green Shift LLC is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Natural disasters

  • Incorrect shipping information

  • Peak holiday seasons

However, we will assist customers in resolving shipping issues where possible.
